Clever Teams is a collaboration site to support the Essential Unified Proccess community.

The Essential Unified Process (more commonly referred to as EssUP) is the new process developed by Ivar Jacobson.

Although EssUP is called a process - it's not used in the traditional sense.  EssUP is a elegant framework of "second nature" practices that we assemble to form a process to respond to a business problem to achieve a successful outcome.

The core of EssUp is that we should develop an "ecosystem" of practices should be just an activity "we do".  Well defined, with clear outcomes and adaptable to any type of project.

So what does that have to do with Clever Teams?  The purpose of Clever Teams is to draw insights from experience with the EssUP process for benefit of the community as a whole.  Working together with inputs from latest thinking in software development methods can make any software development team - a clever team!
